Hello all. Happy April 1st!!!! I’m so excited to share my fitness results for the end of March. I can honestly say that it’s been such a good journey for me mentally and spiritually, changing my lifestyle. I can’t be more pleased with not giving up on myself. As you know several blogs ago I stated that I was doing a 90 day fitness journey to get to my desired weight goal of 130 lbs. I’m currently at 157 lbs as of March 31, 2017. That is 6 lbs down from my last weigh in. I’m very pleased with the changes im starting to see in my struggle area, which is my stomach. I’m glad that I’m losing weight at a steady pace and that I’m not over duing it, I know my limits. I know by the end of May I’ll be at my desired weight, if not pretty darn close to it.
I’ve been doing these hard core Abs routines along with my strong HIIT exercises and although it BURNS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥, it is definitely worth it. I haven’t done any running in the last 2 weeks due to my left knee bothering me, but I’m pleased to say I will be back on it this Sunday morning with my chow chow Tonka. Changing my eating habits and portion sizes has really played a HUGE factor in my weight loss and although there are many good temptations, I’m glad to say that I curve them very well. My skin is glowing, my waist line is slimming, my legs and arms are getting stronger, and my endurance is up.
So now I’m on month 2 of my fitness journey and I can’t wait to share everything with you all. l think I will put up a picture of where I am now and at the end of April, a picture of the progress I’ve made. I’ll do the same for the last month of my 90 day fitness challenge. Even after this personal 90 day Fit challenge, I’m still will be continuing to write fitness blogs and updates. Thank you for supporting my blog. Even if I reach only one person, I hope that I’m helping someone out there that is on their way to a better version of themselves.
Be a CHAMPION! Stay the course. Believe in yourself and call those things that are not as though they were. I pray that April brings you more blessings, joy, peace, love and new opportunities in Jesus’ name.
